Our Offerings

To ensure optimal performance of your software, meticulous system design and set area imperative right from the start. Through a comprehensive needs analysis, we will develop a detailed system design tailored to meet both your immediate and long-term business objectives. Our primary objective is to optimize your system to generate essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Financial Reports, Project Reports, and Management Reports necessary for strategic decision-making.

Our system setup services are designed to initiate your company's financial operations seamlessly. Starting from either December 31, YEAR ENDING, or another specified Effective Date, we will establish a robust company file with transactions beginning from the designated start date. If necessary, we will assist in procuring subscriptions and input initial account balances from the provided balance sheet. Our team will configure company settings, add necessary users, and meticulously input company, customer, vendor, project, and employee data as per your specifications. Additionally, we will set up sales items, sales tax details, and inventory items to align with your unique requirements. Payroll services will be integrated into the system to streamline operations. Furthermore, we will diligently record all accounting transactions and conduct thorough bank account reconciliations for the designated period.

What We Do Not Offer

It’s important to note that our services do have limitations. We do not adjust records to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or specific tax requirements, nor do we conduct any audit or verification of the submitted data. Reports generated are strictly for internal management use and do not constitute official financial statements. We also do not provide legal services or perform procedures to uncover errors, fraud, or illegal activities.

What We Require from You

To facilitate the setup process efficiently, timely provision of certain documents and information from your end is essential. These include the balance sheet as of the effective conversion date, check registers, bank statements, customer account details, invoices, receipts, sales tax and vendor information, purchase orders, federal tax ID number, payroll specifics, employee data, and any other pertinent information essential for our engagement. Please be aware that all information provided by you will be used as-is, without further validation on our part.
