  • Profit & Loss reports for all years
  • Balance Sheet reports for all years
  • GL Accounts
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports per conversion date
  • Retained Earnings report
  • Manual bank reconciliation post-migration to address common AR and AP issues

What We Do Not Offer

While we excel in data migration and integration, it’s important to recognize our service boundaries. We do not adjust records to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or specific tax requirements, nor do we conduct audits or verify submitted data for official financial statements. Our reports are intended for internal management use only. Additionally, we do not provide legal services or engage in procedures to uncover errors, fraud, or illegal activities.

We do not migrate the following:

  • Payroll information
  • Cash basis accounting records
  • Customized reports

What We Need From You

To facilitate a seamless data migration process, timely provision of specific documents and information from your end is necessary. This includes a backup copy of your current software database containing essential details such as balance sheets, check registers, customer accounts, invoices, receipts, sales tax and vendor information, purchase orders, federal tax ID numbers, payroll specifics, employee data, and unemployment account information. Rest assured, all information provided by you will be used as-is, without further verification or investigation on our part.
